State Licensing Disclosures
Shield Credit Professionals is a Florida-based credit-services organization and complies with applicable federal and state laws governing credit repair organizations.
Florida
Registered as a Credit Service Organization with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS) under Chapter 817, Part III, Florida Statutes (§§817.7001–817.7016). A $10,000 surety bond is on file with FDACS as required by Fla. Stat. §817.7005. Florida CSO Registration #: pending — will be posted upon issuance.
Other states
Shield Credit Professionals only offers services in states where it is lawfully permitted to do so. Some states require additional registration, bonding, or specific contract language for credit repair organizations. Where required, we will provide the applicable state-specific disclosures and contract addenda before any services begin.
We currently do not offer services to residents of states whose statutes we have not yet registered under. If you have questions about availability in your state, contact support@shieldcreditpros.com.
